By accessing this website and utilizing our quote request service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Description of Service (The Hub)
Barking Dogs Services Hub operates as an online platform and lead generation service connecting prospective pet owners (“Users”) with independent third-party service providers (“Vetted Professionals” or “Contractors”) who offer dog walking, training, grooming, and related pet care services.
- Contractor Relationship: We are not the direct provider of the pet care services. The Vetted Professionals are independent contractors, not employees, partners, or agents of Barking Dogs Services Hub.
- Service Agreement: Any service contract, pricing negotiation, scheduling, or payment arrangement is solely between you and the Vetted Professional. We are not a party to that agreement.
3. User Obligations and Information Accuracy
When submitting a quote request, you warrant that all information you provide (including contact details and service requirements) is true, accurate, and current. You are responsible for the truthfulness of the information provided, which is necessary for matching you with appropriate service providers.
Consent to Share Data:
By submitting your request, you acknowledge and consent to Barking Dogs Services Hub sharing your contact information and service request details with up to three Vetted Professionals as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
Barking Dogs Services Hub is a referral service only. We have no liability for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any Vetted Professional, including but not limited to the quality of the service provided, injury to the pet, damage to property, or any financial dispute.
- We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or safety of services provided by the Vetted Professionals.
- To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Barking Dogs Services Hub disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our service or services provided by Contractors.
5. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Barking Dogs Services Hub, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your access to or use of the website; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your direct dealings with any Vetted Professional
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
