Welcome to Barking Dogs Services Hub (operated by Barking Dogs Services Hub Pty Ltd, ABN 12 345 678 901). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, including the lead generation and service matching platform. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Service
Barking Dogs Services Hub operates solely as a lead generation and matching service.
1.1 Limited Role: We match users seeking dog-related services (Training, Grooming, Walking, Daycare) with independent, third-party contractors and service providers (“Vetted Professionals”) in the Greater Sydney Metropolitan Area.
1.2 No Service Provision: Barking Dogs Services Hub is not the provider of the actual services. The contract for service provision is formed directly and solely between the user and the Vetted Professional once a quote is accepted. We are not a party to this contract.
2. Quoting and Booking Process
2.1 Quote Request: By submitting a “GET A FREE QUOTE” request, you consent to us sharing your necessary contact details and service requirements with up to three (3) Vetted Professionals who operate in your specified area.
2.2 Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information you provide during the quote request process (including contact details, service needs, and pet details) is accurate, current, and complete.
2.3 Independent Quotes: Quotes provided by Vetted Professionals are independent and non-binding until explicitly accepted by both you and the contractor. We are not responsible for the accuracy or fulfillment of any quote.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
3.1 Contractor Performance: We make no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding the quality, safety, suitability, or legality of the services provided by any Vetted Professional. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such third-party contractor, or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
3.2 Screening: While we conduct a preliminary screening (e.g., verifying licenses and insurance status) of our Vetted Professionals, we strongly encourage you to conduct your own due diligence before engaging any contractor.
3.3 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barking Dogs Services Hub expressly excludes all liability for any loss, damage, expense, or injury (including indirect, special, or consequential loss) resulting from your use of the website or any services provided by a Vetted Professional.
4. User Obligations
4.1 Lawful Use: You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website.
4.2 Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully in all dealings with Barking Dogs Services Hub staff and Vetted Professionals.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, branding, and materials on the Barking Dogs Services Hub website (including the Barking Dogs name and domain) are the property of Barking Dogs Services Hub Pty Ltd or its licensors and are protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any content without our express written permission.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
